Dominique Spragg

CEO

Dominique Spragg is an innovative, versatile leader with extensive aerospace and tech execution experience and wide-ranging international business development accomplishments. He has a passion for developing people and organizational culture to meet business objectives and utilizes a system wide perspective in decision making. Implementing digital technologies and maintaining employee engagement have helped him advance organizational effectiveness in startups as well as large corporate settings. His experience has ranged from corporate governance as Chairman and CEO of sustainable aviation startups to strategic planning, operations management, supply chain, sales and business development extending into Europe, Russia and China.

In addition, Dominique has spanned Venture Capital and Private Equity with accomplishments stewarding an OPCO portfolio for sustainable technology start-ups as well as the operational transformation of a small 100 person aerospace manufacturer to become a multi-division aircraft OEM which relaunched a commercial aircraft after 30 years of being out of production. His experience in stewarding the investments of UHNW clients and family offices has been an opportunity to implement industry best practices in these start-up companies and mentor company CEO’s while providing executive management oversight.

Dominique’s early career saw rapid promotion from engineering and executive management roles at Pratt & Whitney Canada, (UTC/RTX). A transition to consulting provided exposure to private and publicly traded companies as well as start-up ventures. Extensive exposure to aircraft gas turbine and airframe development, production and aftermarket led to manufacturing in both traditional aircraft technology as well as composite manufacturing. A transition into Advanced Air Mobility lead to the stewardship of a leading electric aircraft developer, Eviation Aircraft Ltd. as well as the leading electric engine propulsion and energy systems provider magniX USA Ltd.

By being first and foremost a practitioner of management and technology, Dominique’s hands-on approach combines broad perspective with concrete experience in making things happen.

Dominique holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada as well as a private pilot license with an IFR rating. 

Jessica Pruss

President & COO

Jessica Pruss is a seasoned aerospace executive who has served as a senior leader for over a  decade with direct responsibilities ranging from Sales, Marketing, PR, Customer Experience, Customer Support, and IT.

Before her industry consultation began, Jessica was Eviation’s Head of Sales & Marketing and was responsible for the company’s worldwide sales, marketing, PR and overall go to market strategy. She played a key role in the development of the customer service and support plan, business case modeling, strategic funding partnerships and successful signing of the first launch  customers for the industry leading all-electric aircraft to DHL and Cape Air.

Prior to joining Eviation, she was the regional vice president of Sales for Textron Aviation, responsible for leading the sales, marketing, and aftermarket sales teams to represent the entire Textron Aviation portfolio in the Asia-Pacific region, covering over 45 countries. Jessica also served as regional vice president of sales for the northeast region of the United States, driving sales activities for the Cessna Citation jet product line as well as the Cessna Caravan and Beechcraft King Air turboprops.

Additionally, Jessica has held the role of vice president of Customer Experience, as well as vice president of IT Corporate Systems, where she was responsible for the Center of Excellence team driving client initiatives and led the IT integration and strategy during the Cessna – Beechcraft merger and acquisition in 2012.

Before Textron Aviation, Jessica spent 10 years in the media and advertising industry partnering at an executive level with private equity firms working on Chapter 11, M&A and IPOs.

Jessica earned a Master of International Management (IMBA) from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Spanish Literature from the University of Colorado. She has completed leadership programs from Duke University, Center for Creative Leadership and is near completion of the Executive Digital Marketing program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management
