InsightSpring, Inc. (“InsightSpring”, “we”, “us”) provides AeroGen, a software-as-a-service platform for the aviation and aerospace industry, to enterprise customers under written agreements. Access to AeroGen is limited to users whose organizations have an agreement with InsightSpring and whose email addresses those organizations have authorized. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and through AeroGen notifications, how we use it, and the choices you have. Where a customer agreement addresses the same subject, that agreement controls.
1. Information we collect
Account information: name, business email address, job title, employer and, where provided, a mobile phone number, a mobile phone number, supplied by you if you choose to opt in to SMS notifications
Website information: log data such as pages visited, timestamps, browser type and IP address when you visit insightspring.ai.
Support information: the contents of support requests you send to us.
2. How we use information
To operate, secure and support AeroGen; to send operational notifications you or your organization have enrolled you for; to respond to support requests; and to meet legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. SMS and mobile notifications
AeroGen can send text messages (SMS) for two purposes: workflow notifications, such as engagement briefings and workflow status updates, and support ticket alerts. SMS is sent only to users who opt in themselves on their AeroGen account page by entering their own mobile number, ticking the SMS consent statement and pressing Save Changes; AeroGen then sends a one-time confirmation text.. No one can enrol a number on a user’s behalf.Message frequency varies with workflow and support activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by asking your administrator to remove you; reply HELP or email support@insightspring.ai for help.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for AeroGen notifications are used only to deliver those notifications. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and opt-in data are not shared with any third party.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (for example cloud hosting, email delivery and SMS delivery providers), with your organization’s administrators as part of operating your account, when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of InsightSpring, our customers and the public.
5. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and contractual obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We protect it with administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls.
6. Your choices
You may access, correct or delete your account information through your organization’s administrator or by contacting us. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP or on your AeroGen account page.
7. Children
AeroGen is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above shows the current version.
